The McSweeney, Crump, Childress & Temple’s Professional Liability Defense Team represents individuals and legal, accounting and healthcare practices. We understand the impact to our clients resulting from litigation and, with experience gained involving decades of practice by our team members, can offer advice and guidance to our clients as we navigate through the case together.  Our team defends clients from malpractice claims in State and Federal Courts in Virginia and throughout the Southeast and before Licensing Boards and the Virginia State Bar.
