Katrina Forrest practices in the areas of professional liability defense and civil litigation. Prior to joining McSweeney, Crump, Childress and Temple, Ms. Forrest practiced with Childress, Gould & Russell, P.C. and Thompson, Smithers, Newman, Wade & Childress, L.L.P.
She was corporate counsel at Homebytes, an internet-based real estate company, and previously practiced in the Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights section of the Litigation team at Hunton & Williams in Richmond, Virginia. Ms. Forrest began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas O. Tice, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
