Our offices also border historic Shockoe Slip where many restaurants, hotels and fine shops are located. The location of our offices reflect our commitment to the character and beauty of historic Richmond as well as to our being in a place where we can most effectively and efficiently meet our client's legal needs.
From West & North of Richmond
  • Follow I-64 East to 95 South
  • Follow 95 South to Exit 74B — Franklin Street Exit (Exit after Broad Street on 95 South)
  • Take a right at the light onto Franklin Street
  • At the next light, take a left onto 14th Street
  • At the next light, take a right onto Main Street
  • Follow Main Street past 12th Street (we are on a one way street) to 10th Street, take a left
  • Take another left onto Cary Street
  • Take a left onto 12th Street
  • Our building is on the right with a burgundy awning over the door.
    Upon entering the building, follow the hallway back to the elevators.
    The main reception desk is on the 5th floor.
From East of Richmond
  • Follow I-64 (over Shockoe Valley Bridge) to the 5th Street Exit
  • Following 5th Street (one way street) to Cary Street
  • Take a left onto Cary Street (one way street)
  • Take a left onto 12th Street
  • Our building is on the right with a burgundy awning over the door.
    Upon entering the building, follow the hallway back to the elevators.
    The main reception desk is on the 5th floor.
From South of Richmond
  • Follow 95 North to the I-195 Toll/Downtown Expressway exit (exit number 74A)
  • Follow to Canal Street Exit ($.20 toll) (next exit)
  • Ramp merges, move to far right lane
  • Turn right at light onto 10th Street
  • At next light, turn right onto Cary Street
  • Turn left onto 12th Street
  • Our building is on the right with a burgundy awning over the door.
    Upon entering the building, follow the hallway back to the elevators.
    The main reception desk is on the 5th floor.


** Parking can be difficult to find on the street. There is no parking on Main Street after 4:00 pm and towing is strictly enforced. Public parking is available at the Bank of America Building (which is located directly across the street from McSWEENEY, CRUMP, CHILDRESS & TEMPLE, P.C.) and on several open lots in the blocks around our offices.
